What does P.QU. stand for?
P.QU. stands for "Precise Qualification" and is a customized program offered by the Public Employment Service (AMS) that helps women seeking employment in skilled trades and technical professions earn an apprenticeship certificate.
Can I complete an accelerated apprenticeship through the Targeted Qualification program without having previously participated in the FiT program?
Yes. You are eligible to participate if you already have a clear career goal—possibly including internships at the training company.
How does a shortened apprenticeship work as part of a targeted qualification program?
The path to earning an apprenticeship certificate through an accelerated program is planned and implemented on an individual basis in collaboration with the educational advisor.
How do I participate in P.QU.?
Registration is handled through the AMS. Please contact your AMS advisor.
What is the goal of targeted training?
The goal of P.QU. is to enable students to earn an apprenticeship certificate in a shortened training period (maximum of 2 years).
