What does P.QU. stand for?
P.QU. stands for "Precise Qualification" and is a customized program offered by the Public Employment Service (AMS) that helps women seeking employment in skilled trades and technical professions earn an apprenticeship certificate.
Can I complete an accelerated apprenticeship through the Targeted Qualification program without having previously participated in the FiT program?
Yes. You are eligible to participate if you already have a clear career goal—possibly including internships at the training company.
How does a shortened apprenticeship work as part of a targeted qualification program?
The path to earning an apprenticeship certificate through an accelerated program is planned and implemented on an individual basis in collaboration with the educational advisor.
